VISION

FG Green Homes was first conceptualized in 2008 when the now 25+ year construction veteran Francisco Garcia began to purchase dilapidated properties in areas hit the hardest by the economic downturn. The goal was to restore these homes into habitable condition and to provide housing to those who may have otherwise not been able to afford it. In 2019 Vincent DeCarlo, a now 15-year construction veteran joined him to begin the process of completing full rehabs on the then vacant properties, and to construct some new homes on some vacant land that he owned. Thus, FG Green Homes LLC was formed. After a few successful “flips” and the completion of the first new construction build, Superintendent Alex Toledo joined the team in 2021 to become FG Green’s first fulltime project superintendent.  In 2022, Vincent DeCarlo accepted the role of Chief Executive Officer with the intent to increase yearly new construction starts. FG Green currently holds over 40 properties between Durham, Greensboro, High Point and Burlington.
